Arbitration, Litigation, Expert Witness

Minor glitches and difficulties are a natural part of all tile installations. Fortunately, most contractors and manufacturers work diligently to ensure that problems are resolved.  When there is a problem with a specific material, most manufacturers assign a technical rep to make certain that the installation materials are in good condition, that they are being used properly, and that the problem is resolved.

Unfortunately, though, some problems do not appear until after the installation is finished and the contractor has gone. Getting to the root of the problem or failure does not have to be an exercise in frustration, though, if you rely on MB&A to identify the true nature of the problem and to represent your complaint to the building owner, contractor, or manufacturer.

If for any reason the problem does not get resolved voluntarily, why risk your reputation, time and the outcome in arbitration or litigation? Michael Byrne is an internationally recognized authority on tile installations who has served as an expert witness and participated in AAA arbitrations as both an independent witness and an arbitrator. Michael is a voting member of the  American National Standard Specifications for the Installation of Ceramic Tile (ANSI A108), is listed as an independent consultant among the voting members of  the Tile Council of America Handbook Committee, and is a member of ASTM.

Michael and his associates excel at providing building owners, insurance companies and attorneys with strategies, information, advice, and the investigative experience you need to come out a winner.
