On-line technical support designed specifically to address the needs of ceramic and stone tile showrooms with detailed answers and advice for solving specific questions and problems. A modest, yearly subscription fee includes access to a database, up to 6-hours of personalized consulting services, and a 48-hour response turn-around for most residential or light commercial installation problems or questions. Additional consulting time, as required by a specific project or need, is billed to on-line showroom subscribers at a reduced rate.
